In connection with the implementation of the project ‘Electrification and Modernisation of the Intermodal Terminal in Gdańsk’ by Baltic Hub Container Terminal Sp. z o.o., we would like to inform you of the existence of a mechanism enabling you to report potential irregularities or financial fraud, as well as breaches of ethical principles, the Charter of Fundamental Rights (CFR) and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) in connection with the implementation of the project.
Suspicions of irregularities or financial fraud may be reported, in particular, via:

This mechanism has been developed and made available by the Managing Authority for the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021–2027 (FEnIKS) programme and serves as an IT tool enabling the reporting of suspected irregularities or financial fraud.
Suspicions of non-compliance of a project or the beneficiary’s activities with the KPON or KPP
Reports, notifications and/or complaints regarding a project’s non-compliance with the provisions of the KPP or KPON may be submitted by individuals (project participants or their authorised representatives), institutions involved in the implementation of European Union funds, and civil society organisations (associations, foundations), via:
